I'm 45 1/2 years old and after 8 years of inactivity I deciced it was time to get back into shape, yes my previous look was round and round is a shape, however thats wasnt the shape I had in mind. A few days prior to my 45th birthday my P90x program arrived in the mail, I was excited to say the least, that soon turned to fear as I put in the disk for the first workout....

...But as you can see it turned out ok. Dont let fear of anything stop you, let it become the motivation to move you. Alot of people knew I was attempting this program, what would they say about me if I failed, I was not prepaired to find that out. I was going to give 100% to this and let the chips fall where they may. After one full round of P90X and 1/2 of a second round my bodyfat had droped from 21% to 10% and my weight from 184 pounds to 154 pounds. Now I'm in week 3 of the Transformation Super Challenge and am running a 22 minute 5k! If I can achive results like this so can you!
